It looks like the Denali has tapped holes in the dropouts (where the wheel attaches) for the bottom of the rack. Any rack will have arms that need to attach to the seat stays (the tubes that extend from the back of the seatpost to the rear wheel). The Denali does not provide attachment points there, so P-clips will be necessary.
