So, I have the opportunity to pick up a '90s Cannondale Track frame, which is one of my dream frames.

The seller says there are some minor dents in the TT and also some scratches on the chain stays. This isn't really an issue for me. I think those add character and show its been ridden. (getting better pictures to make sure the dents are indeed nothing major)

What I would really like to know is, what would be a reasonable offer? I might ask what he was looking to get out of it.
