Received some higher quality photos. The minor dents are indeed, minor. Dent was probably the wrong word. Ding is correct. Little chips from what I would assume is a lock.

I was thinking $600-650, or around there. I prefer this frame over the Pista Concept, which is my second choice, that I can get from my LBS. That would cost me about $780-800.

Seem about right?
