The drug shortages are getting crazy. I doubt this will help anything short term.

I am no buisness man, and I know there are tons of variables. But it seems to me that paying 112 million for a site that has annual revenue of 180 million that was purchased for 305 million in 2002 seems like am absurdly good deal?
