Normally I just spray some simple green on the greasy spots of my frame, on the brake tracks, on the derailleurs, chainrings, and cassette, then I use a Park Chain scrubber filled with simple green. Once I finish with the chain scrubber I take a brush to the cassette, derailleurs, and chainrings. I take a soapy rag to the frame and wheels, rinse all and done.

Takes about 5 - 10 minutes to have a bike that looks like new, with the exception of my white bar tape.

Brake Clean for that.
