Take a closer look at that BB - every square taper BB spindle I've ever seen had a threaded socket for a crank bolt, not a threaded end. It's either completely non-standard, which means a replacement is pretty much out of the equation, or that's the body of the crank bolt after the head snapped off, which means you need to replace the spindle before you can put on a new crank.
