If your going the Easy-Off route just make sure it's the 'heavy-duty' version, whether a name brand or generic. Someone (Drillium Dude possibly) highly recommended Anodize remover by Jestco Products. He said it was far superior to the oven cleaner method and he based it on years of experience stripping things.
