Those screws are the least of your worries, easy to run a tap throught them if the get some of the pc in them.
The bigger concern is the bottom bracket and the head tube. Theses have to be protected from getting any powder inside of them and on the outside surface. If these do et pc on them you will have to have them refaced, which requires special tools.
