Great quality compared to some videos I've seen out there. No aliasing in the audio either I've seen tons of GoPro and Contour videos where the audio was compressed too much and sounded like a cheap sampling keyboard from the '80s. Yours is perfect! I think those other users probably didn't check their settings before encoding. I always match my audio settings to the original raw file. Video I compress to 3000 kbps and either 720x480 16:9 widescreen (for the Kodak Playsport) or 640x480 4:3 standard (for the Casio EX-S12 digital camera). I lose minimal quality that way.

I do notice a black border around your videos though. I had the same border around my first one with the Playsport until Mr. Beanz told me to set the project to 16:9 widescreen in Windows Movie Maker 2011, which is what I use.
