Here's Mine:
This was originally a 10-speed and is somewhat ghetto-er than the rest. My roommate got this from a friend he helped move - they didn't want it and he thought I'd like it. Wanting to try FG but not wanting to spend any real $$, I converted it as cheaply as possible. This also was sort of a self-teacher for me in that this is the first bike that I've torn down completely and reassembled.
This is probably the last that it will be a sub $100 bike. Future plans involve some aesthetic (powder coating) and practical (28's, fenders, different H-bars) upgrades to make it more suitable for commuting and errands...
...not that I don't already have two bikes that I can commuter and run errands with, mind you
