The only reason I can afford the bike I bought is pb&j. I use blackberry jam but same pb. I eat a couple through the day for my lunch with fruit all the time. I often use them, or peanut crackers for ride food, or fig newtons.

My cholesterol dropped like crazy eating them all the time good and bad so I started eating almonds and cashews a lot now too.
