Be thankfull that the law doesn't also require that you wear seatbelts.
Technically, it won't satisfy the law, but it will satisfy the officer who writes the tickets. It will also stop you in the event of needing to stop quickly.
Is it possible to actually make the wheel skid with a Muckybrake? With the lever in the position it is, I doubt many could actually do that.
