I have always changed parts on the bikes just as they start showing wear so my stock of usable parts is quite extensive. The only new parts I currently have in stock are 1 Mich Lithion tyre-Fitted the other two on a bike last week and 8 tubes-bought in bulk at a good price. Currently I need 2 Ultegra chains -1 to replace one that is just on its maximum wear mark and one for stock.

But almost new parts- Two compact cranksets from where I was trying to find crank length to suit me and enough Panaracer Fire XC folders to keep me going for about 10 years.
