It's a deeply low end AMF/Roadmaster bike in poor condition that happens to have super cool headlights.

They can be pretty and functional when in good condition. But this one isn't really. You could fix it up with a lot of oxalic acid and elbow grease, but don't think about making any money on it.

Most people here will tell you to secure your boat with it. I would harvest the headlights, though.
