I am not sure how much better Bianchis 'Mangalloy' tubing is over standard HiTen but I have a frame with Tange 3 tubes butted Chromo and mangalloy stays and it (borrowing from timex) takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I used it training, commuting (back pack), training races, 100milers, and tried cyclocross with it. I wouldsay it should hold up well, unless you are a former Olympic level track sprinter.
