Bikes: 2005 Bianchi L'una, 1996 Bianchi Eros Specilized Hard Rock 70' era Carnelli Graziella Folding commuter

New guy here from Richmond VA, 56 years young

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Recently retired my 1996 Bianchi Eros (she's now a grocery getter) and upgraded to a 2005 Bianchi L'una.
Also mountain bike on a Specialized Hardrock, although I'm mostly a rodie.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

No

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

None, although hangovers last longer than they used to.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

Really all my life but not in any organized manner, i.e. no racing or clubs

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.

Love going by myself and and "getting lost" for hours. Try for several charity rides each summer, nightly stress relief ride is 20-25 miles. My wife rides also and our last vacation was Bike Virginia, doing it again this year.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

As often as possible, time permitting (Hurrah for DST!)
WAG would be 5,000....have 948 as of this morning

Look forward to getting some good advice and entertainment here.
