Here's a related question: Many times you'll find a nicer tubing in the frame and a hi-ten fork. Are hi-ten forks more oops resistant than their cro-moly cousins (regardless of the weight). So, in other words, is a hi-ten fork a good idea on an urban bike or commuter where the potential for big hazards is greater?
