honestly, either of the first 2 would probably work just fine for your intended purpose. my wife's bike has the same shifters and derailleurs and they haven't given her any problems over the first 150 miles, just some minor adjustments and they shift just fine.

you'll need to know a little bit about how to assemble the bike (i'm assuming it comes partially assembled) and tune the shifters/derailleurs and brakes. there are plenty youtube how-to videos if you'd like to do this yourself, or just take it to a bike shop and get fitted at the same time. not being properly fitted will make your ride absolutely miserable, trust me, i learned the hard way.

how tall are you? what is your inseam? try google to find some web sites with general guidelines on what size frame to buy based on your height and/or inseam.
