I have space issues, too, and was thinking of reducing my sale items to fit a bike to ride. But then I got to thinking the same thing you did - this ride should be exclusively for bikes we find at the swap. We'd need to buy saddlebags and tools, too, for all the mechanicals we'll have along the way. It would be like a ride and wrenching party at the same time.
