I've been riding for a while and I discovered that I've been setting by seat higher than it should be. I use to feel uncomfortable on my saddle after a long ride, but I got rid of most of it by lowering it. I think I got use to putting it higher since I get more power out of my pedal strokes. I'm learning to spin instead of mash. Sorta hard to break 15-20 years of cycling habits.

So in my case, I went the opposite direction. I sorta miss the pure power output I could get with a higher saddle, but my bottom is thanking me. My knees only get sore if I'm in too high of gear which I shouldn't be doing in the first place.
