Some of you may remember that the last couple of years Williams cycling has posted video coverage of some of the ToC climbing stage on their front page. This year it seems they reduced the quantity of coverage, but added data overlay for the domestic pro's that they had pre-ride the two mountain top finishes. It's pretty cool for those of us who live locally and have ridden the climbs (baldy at least). Also, for all the data junkies you get to see what kind of sustained climbing efforts that pros are able to put out on these climbs. 425w average over 23 minutes solo anyone?

Now if they could get some power date for us during the live coverage of big cycling events, that'd be even better. Maybe even some HD cameras mounted on bikes in the peloton with full running data.... Maybe someday.

Anyway, I thought you might enjoy watching. They have short 6 minute clips defaulted, but you can click the link on the left and watch the full video edit without commentary. Certainly many of the pros who will be racing this event will study these videos to some degree before the race I imagine.
