I'm in a 1-bed with my girlfriend and wish I had more space too. Unfortanately I'm going to do some serious downsizing as there are too many bikes (8 or 10 if you count frames) for the space we have.

4 of them are on the chopping block. Lemond, Cannondale, my Nashbar cross/commuter, and a boat anchor Motobecane 10 speed.

Fortunately, I have a barn at my parents' place (central MA) that has limitless bike storage so out of season bikes and future projects can be stored there.
