There are very few wheels for which Aksiums would be an upgrade. They're a fairly low level, heavy wheel.

I love Ritchey bars and stems, but I have no experience with their wheels and am not sure what the quality is.

What wheels are you currently rolling? What is wrong with them? What are you trying to gain through new wheels?
