Can you expand on this? When I'm in the middle gear of my triple, unless I fiddle with the FD for a bit, the chain will randomly go to the big or little chainring for no reason. There is no rubbing on the FD and there is no chain rub while in any of the 3 rings and while in the smallest OR largest ring, the chain doesn't change unexpectedly.
For the longest time I wrote it off as being an adjustment issue, but I've adjusted, adjusted and adjusted and while it got better, it hasn't been completely eliminated.
