yeh im friction shifting my chains abit worn but the cassettes in good nick. the hanger is fine. I should have mentioned the RD was originally used on a 5 speed freewheel. the RD doesnt have a B screw or am i being stupid? the jockey wheels seem to be servicable . i reckoned a 9 speed chain might solve it since its narrower.
