I'd remove and clean up the Campy for sale on Ebay. Depending on how many parts are Campy (BB, seatpost, headset, brakes) and their group they'll bring $100 - $300. The RD would not bring much. I'd overhaul the bike and put reasonable quality replacements. In my area I'd get $150 - $200 for the bike. It would take many hours of work - only worth it as a hobby or if you're a low paid teenager. I'd derive a lot of satisfaction getting the bike and parts back into circulation.
