Ha, I've flown planes into FBOs that were worth less than a new Corolla, probably less than some bikes.

In a past life I was an Airline Pilot. When I was based in Rochester (KROC) a Captain I'd often fly with would ride his bike to work all summer. He simply locked it up along the fence, went through security in his bike clothes, and took a shower and changed into his uniform down in the rampers locker room. If I wasn't commuting between CT and ROC (bike was in CT) I probably would have joined him.

Another option is to ride to a stop near the airport and take the city bus in for the last couple miles. Many have a bike rack on the front. At a big airport the hardest thing will probably be finding somewhere to park your bike.
