Two options. The $5 choice is to take your bike down to the LBS and buy the correct spoke wrench, then re-true the wheel. If it's just one place, I'd start by tightening the spoke that's opposite where the rim rubs. (Remember the right-hand rule, and the wrench is grabbing the nut.)

The $20 choice (at my LBS, some places are a lot more) is to ask the LBS to re-true the wheel. The price might drop to $10, a plate of brownies, and a 2 liter Mountain Dew. Call and ask the price and schedule ahead of time to find out what conditions are where you live.
