I say way to go. I wouldn't lose any sleep over hurting some dog that if it had been given the chance would have killed you.
I read a couple of posts in here that refer to the pit as being kind loving and yadda yadda. If they are so damn loving then why is it in the last 6 months 4 people in the U.S. have been killed by them? 2 where from the loving wouldn't hurt a damn fly family pet!
My cousin lost is left arm from the elbow down from his loving pure pitbull he'd had for 4 years. He was sitting on the couch watching tv and it decided it didn't like him anymore.
Up until that moment he used to say the same thing about how they wouldn't hurt anyone.
