So a conscienceless seller can "buy" whatever he or she happens to want, without paying, just by using the old "I-got-an-empty-box" ploy? I wonder if one could continue to do so indefinitely? Ebay presumably tracks such things and after the second or third time would cut them off. That would be no help to the scammed sellers, though.
