Can you expand on this? When I'm in the middle gear of my triple, unless I fiddle with the FD for a bit, the chain will randomly go to the big or little chainring for no reason. There is no rubbing on the FD and there is no chain rub while in any of the 3 rings and while in the smallest OR largest ring, the chain doesn't change unexpectedly.
That's not a common problem. Since it only acts up when you're in the middle chainring I'm wondering if that chainring might have a bent tooth or something.
