Regardless of what bike you buy, you will almost certainly have problems with the stock wheelset. This is because the stock wheelsets are built by machine and are almost never properly tensioned. That's okay if you're a 160# whippet, but we clydes have different needs. If you can, get your LBS (or someone else) to tension the wheels when you buy the bike. Then, have the trued and tensioned again after 150-200 miles. The important part there is tension -- it's what makes a wheel strong.
