What type of tube damage are you getting? Actual punctures or snake bites? punctures you should be able to find the offending piece of stuff embedded in the tire if you do your post-puncture inspection properly (easy to do if you line up the stem with the badge on the tire). Snake bites come from under-inflation and hitting a pothole or a lip. If the tube is damaged near the bead of the tire, then you need to practice mounting tires more.
