No love for your FOER's?
You mentioned that you use the bike for cardio, but you also show interest in finding a good durable lightweight wheel. Is there a reason you are looking at the B43's? Do you want something aero? Do you want something that you can bomb off curbs and hit potholes like no other? There aren't too many hand built wheels (when built properly) that are NOT going to be durable at 32 spokes, but there is a difference between feeling the flex and feeling the confidence of a strong rim.
My vote is to get more information about what exactly your rides are like, and your priority when it comes to weight, durable, spoke count, price, hub choice, ****** factor... I have the thought that anything color specific on your bike really means you want to stand out of the crowd, and with those purple rims the bike looks great but it definitely attracts a lot of attention. If you are looking to ton it down quite a bit, I'd jump on the Open pro's bandwagon (though I have yet to build up one, it is on my list of wheels to build)
