Those steel Rigida rims would not have been original to the bike, my aqua color TdF was in original condition when I got it and came with Mavic tubulars laced to the Tipo hubs.
I have North Road bars on mine, I love it.
Mavic Monthlery Pros and galvanized straight guage spokes were original.
