flippin_bikes: I assume you went from an 11-32 to the 12-26 I did as well and it was a good decision. Did you shorten the chain? I haven't yet but it seems that I get a little more clunking with the Alivio deraileur now. I adjusted the idlers up closer though. I don't think I'll go back to the 11-32.
