I wonder if that front reflector bracket can be made to support a headlight instead.
I'd try to keep the bracket if I were you as you need it as a cable stop anyway for your front brake, plus every time you mess around with an A9 headset (as you would have to to remove/replace the reflector bracket), you just end up putting more marks on its lock nuts even with the proper tools as the Alimunum is pretty soft on it.
