Question - I've got a pretty heavy 4-week block of racing coming up (after a team training trip next weekend) and I'm a bit lost as to how to structure my training during it. I'm pretty used to the preseason/early season training routine. Been getting consistent 15-16hr weeks with a good mix of long, tempo, intervals etc.
Racing twice a week, though, means a lot more taper/recovery and I'm not sure how I keep my training up while at the same time racing fresh and well.
Seems like there's an obvious answer here, but for some reason it's not coming to me.
Thouse race will be your training. All other rides will basically just be recovery ride and jra, with the occasional hard ride thrown in
