Be sure you get some good bike shorts. The seat I thought was no good works really well now with riding shorts. Ditch the undies when you ride,men's underwear really rubs the wrong way on long rides. Not sure about womens underwear, I've never ridden a bike while wearing panties. Any information about me wearing women's underwear is probably for a different forum.
