Is it safe to buy raced Carbon Clinchers vs new ones with warranties for a bit more?
I have the 2011 HED Jet6 FRs and love them. Based on my experience with mine, if you can check out the HEDs in person and they're true and well taken care of, I'd go with them.

The HEDs aren't carbon clinchers. They're an aluminum wheel with a carbon fairing bonded to them. The actual structure of the HEDs comes from the C2 rim.
