Hi all....
An old neighbour of mine is selling two bikes that he bought new in 1993.
He is not badly off, and bought them on a whim because he thought they were beautiful.
They are both completely unused.
Spec on both bikes...
1. Basso Astra with with full Dura Ace groupset (except for Campag Delta brake calipers)
It has a a Columbus EL frame.
2. Joe Waugh "Gold Medal". It has a Campag Chorus groupset except for "Hope" hubs and a Royce titanium bottom bracket.
It has a Reynolds 653 frame.
He is a bit old fashioned and refuses to advertise the bikes on e-bay etc, and wants to sell them to someone that would look after and appreciate them.....me
What would be a good price to pay for each of these bikes?
