Quick Paramount/Campagnolo related question:

Once again I'm challenged by the odd size of the ferrules which fit in the stops for the derailleur cables. I'm using barend shifters so I have a Campagnolo down tube stop band, plus the stop on the rear chainstay. The modern 4mm plastic/nylon ferrules don't fit into these stops. Any suggestions or sources?
