You can alternate riding days with walking.

Just walk for an hour or so.

That helps your bod heal up from the riding, and
it is good aerobic exercise.

You want a day or two a week of not exercising.

Keep an eye on nutrient levels, especially vitamin D.
Even if you take a multi, I'd suggest getting a Vitamin D.
