Reality check. You can't expect much at that price point, regardless of what brand you buy or where you buy it. When I bought a Vilano frameset online for $29 my expectations were very low and indeed there were problems. Heck, even more expensive bikes can have problems, as I found out with the two bikesdirect bikes that I bought. The fact is that if you want to get a bike that is 100% problem free, then you need to buy it from a reputable lbs and pay over $500. I really have absolutely no sympathy for people who buy cheap crap from Walmart, and then complain when it turns out to be cheap crap.
