We were in Panama City Beach for a week in February 2010. While doing the tourist thing in Seagrove Beach and Seaside we ran across a guy (looked to be about 70) and he said he did about 60-70 miles each ride. He rode from Fort Walton Beach to Panama City Beach and back. He said there is a great network of bike paths and bike lanes all around the area. We saw a lot of the paths and lanes. Too bad I didn't have my bike.
