This one I don't have a problem with. The shipping cost $3 but his time to package, the cost of the packaging materials and the time to bring it to the shipping location is all worth something. I'd charge more than actual shipping if I were selling outside the "community."
Not to mention that the shipping charge was most certainly posted BEFORE the bid was made, so it was the bidder's responsibility to account for that in their bid amount.
