Oh, I hear ya. I know I cannot plan for everything, but my commute is early in the a.m. and in the evening there is light traffic, and that's only when I'm not using the trail. I'm sure that even though it is only a pound (helmet + cam), it would become annoying after an hour or so, but my commute is only 30-40 minutes.
FWIW, the Hero only weights 2 oz. less...
