No, sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that my numbers were a 1 session deal. Those were over the 5 days, Monday through Friday.
Each of those days I do 6 dips, 6 pull ups and 30 sit ups. Three days a week I do 30 push ups, and two days I do 40 push ups. My running mileage varies from day to day.
