I've been using these and they have been great in all light conditions.

Another recommendation for Tifosi.

This past winter I switched to contact lenses, so I was able to ditch my prescription photochromic sunglasses (which couldn't be made in a wrap-around style due to my prescription). I looked at a variety of options, and went with the Tifosi Pave with their "light night" photochromic lens. I've been out everything from really bright sun to late evening dusk, and the level of light transmission with these lenses has always been perfect, IMHO. For the price ($60-ish), I don't think they can be beat.
