Crashed my kilo tt. The damage was minimal (to the bike anyway) front wheel was all wobbly and the handle bars and stem were twisted like 60 degrees to the right. I managed to tru up the wheels. Then I loosened the headset and stem to put the bars back into place. But after tightening the headset back up I notice it doesn't turn as loosely as it used to. Its not grinding or anything it just seems over tightened. Loosening it a little doesn't seem to help. Also as I was tightening the bolt, towards the end, it made a creaking noise and seemed to slip.

Anyone know if there's a way to fix or do I need a new headset?
